Wake up Better in the Morning
Do you wake up feeling lethargic and in need of more sleep every day? You may need a better wake up routine. Try the following tips:
A. Don’t press that snooze button. Get out of bed and get your body used to wake up at that time.
B. Don’t check social media in bed. Say a prayer thanking for a new day instead.
C. Bask in the sunshine. This tells the brain to wake up.
D. Have your breakfast and tea/coffee to keep energized for the day.
E. Take your shower. Start fresh.
